Assembling the TemboTusk Skottle Grill
If you're looking for a versatile and durable outdoor cooking option, the TemboTusk Skottle Grill is a great choice. Here's a step-by-step guide to assembling your own TemboTusk skottle grill:
Step 1: Gather Your Materials
Before you begin assembling your skottle grill, make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand.
Materials:
- Adjustable Legs (3)
- The Skottle Top
- The Scout Stove Burner
- Stove Bracket
- Adapter to run 1lb Green propane bottles
- Skottle carry bag and leg bag
- Large eyehooks attached the the grill for the legs (3)
- Smaller eyehooks for the stove (2)
Included in the Ultimate Skottle Grill Kit:
- Stainless Steel Lid
- Steam Tray
- Wind Guard
- Free Buzzy Waxx tin
- Free Wooden Spatula.
- Free Cast iron plastic scraper.
Step 2: Attach the Legs to the Skottle Grill
The second step in assembling your skottle grill is to attach the three legs to the Skottle grill top. Twist the black knobs to loosen the legs, then pull the bottom portion out until the metal piece pops through the hole. We have ours marked for quicker assembly.
Next, flip your grill top over and insert the legs. Twist the metal eye hooks until the legs are secure. (Hand tightened is sufficient)
Step 3: Install the Stove Bracket
Before you install the Kovea Scout Burner under the Skottle Grill Top, you'll need to place the metal stove bracket.
Flip your Skottle Grill up-right and place the stove bracket inside the center hole. Be sure to align the openings on the stove bracket and the grill's stove holder. Next, insert one of eyehooks and hand tighten it.
Step 4: Install the Scout Stove Burner
To install the Scout Burner, open the legs of the burner and slide it into the opening on the stove bracket, then tighten the second eyehook of the stove bracket. Here is what that should look like.
Step 5: Attach the Propane Adapter (optional)
Two gases can be used with the Kovea Scout Burner, Butane Gas bottles and Propane bottles via the adapter. You will not need the adapter for butane gas bottles. Find your Fuel here!
Simply twist the adapter onto the bottom of the burner
Step 6: Attach the Table
To attach the table you we need to find the leg with the table stopper
After finding the correct leg, untighten the eyehook and slide the table on then, re-tighten the eyehook.
