CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased, please contact BTR Outfitters to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original box and condition and the product must not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer’s documentation.
Returns and Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
No refunds or exchanges on any special order item. All sale items are eligible for a return or exchange at our discretion
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days. Refunds to your original payment method are controlled by our payment processor and the banks. We have no control over the timeline in which you receive your refund once it is initiated in our system.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
BTR Outfitters does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer. However, we will be more than happy to assist in any warranty concern you may have.
DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please immediately contact BTR Outfitters. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt..
